LearnReach School Program: Privacy Notice

How NGScholars LearnReach uses school and contact details, records consent and reviews retention under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Sigmanox NG Limited collects school details and principal, applicant and staff contact details only to administer NGScholars LearnReach, our Partner School Program, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

We record consent timestamps and the terms version. Authorised staff and reviewers use these details to review applications, contact schools and administer partnerships. Internal notes are never shown to applicants.

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. Our transactional email provider processes the contact email address and message to deliver program correspondence.

We keep application records for up to 24 months after an application is closed or a partnership ends, and longer only where required by law. Records are then reviewed for deletion.

For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, contact info@ngscholars.com. Withdrawal of consent may end your application.
